Flat
Holiday paradise on 80 m²
The Bucaneve was renovated a few years ago and is located on the 1st floor of a 4-unit house, in the most beautiful area of Predazzo, directly in front of the organic bathing lake. You will be welcomed by an elegant and modern ambience with wood as the main element.
Flat Bucaneve is our private second home in the mountains, which is rented out when we do not live there ourselves. The furnishings and fittings are therefore not typical of a holiday flat, but are of a higher quality, more complete and defined with attention to detail.
Kitchen
Kitchen-living room facing south with sunny balcony and view of the organic bathing lake.
The kitchen is equipped as follows: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso and Americano coffee machine, kettle, plates and crockery, glasses, cooking pots, tea towels and other accessories.
Living room
Living area for relaxing with a large TV. The wood and the special lighting give the ambience a special atmosphere.
Rooms
On the 1st floor there is 1 double bedroom and 1 room with a bunk bed.
On the mezzanine, in gable design, there is a double bed and TV on one side and two single beds on the other side. They are 2 different room units, but NOT separated by doors.
Bed linen is provided and included in the price.
A baby travel cot is also provided if required.
Baths
1 main bathroom with WC and bidet, large shower, double washbasin and Led make-up mirror.
1 day toilet with WC, urinal and washbasin.
Hand and bath towels are provided and included in the price.
Balcony and garden
Our guests have access to the south-facing balcony from the kitchen with a view of the organic bathing lake, as well as a private 70 m² garden, which is also located directly in front of the organic bathing lake and is equipped with a large parasol, as well as a wooden table and benches.
The house also has a private cellar, equipped with a washing machine, which can be used as a ski depot in winter, for example.
There is a private parking space in front of the house.

Prices
The prices are for the flat (4 persons) and day. Included are accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity. The final cleaning is charged separately. The local tax is also charged separately and is calculated on the basis of the regulation in force in the municipality at the time of the stay (2022: Euro 1.00 per person per day from 14 years of age).

- Wifi is available free of charge.
- The Bucaneve is a non-smoking flat.

- Pets are only allowed by arrangement, extra charge € 6,00/day.
Reductions
Children up to their 2nd birthday stay free of charge.

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the flats by 10.00 am.
Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm (booking guarantee) and the sending of the booking confirmation. The following cancellation conditions also apply:
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
Please remember to notify us if you change your plans at short notice:
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 50% of the booking guarantee will be returned to you as soon as you inform us in writing of your full bank coordinates (national or international). In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, the booking guarantee will be retained.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the start of the holiday, 70% of the rental price may be charged if the guest does not re-let the property.
If the guest does not show up ("no show") or if the guest departs early, the full amount is owed for the entire booking period.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance as soon as you book your stay, which will reimburse you for the cancellation fees.

Surroundings
The village of Predazzo and its services are only 800 m away and thus pleasantly accessible on foot.
Winter activities
A little more than 3 km from our house, you will find the Latemar Ski Centre. In winter, a free ski bus takes you there. It starts about 200 m from our house.
Ski areas in the immediate vicinity: Val di Fiemme-Obereggen, Alpe Cermis, Alpe Lusia, Passo Rolle,
Passo San Pellegrino, Passo Lavazé.
One of the possible starting points of the famous ski circuit "Sellaronda", around the Sella massif of the Dolomites, is only 18 km away from Bucaneve.
In winter, sports such as cross-country skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing are also highly popular and possible in several areas of the valley.
One of the most popular cross-country ski races in the world, the famous "Marcialonga" also passes through Predazzo.
Summer activities
There is a wide choice, from walking trails to mountain tours, mountain bike or racing bike tours, there is something for everyone.
The cycle path passes directly in front of our house, where you can cycle undisturbed and in complete safety from Molina in Val di Fiemme to Canazei in Val di Fassa.
A few metres from our house, forest walks begin, there is the sports field and a large children's playground.
The organic bathing lake in Predazzo is a great novelty for the whole valley and was opened in 2021. Tourists and locals from both Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa come there to enjoy the summer days.
